Roles and Responsibilities

Keen focus on language accuracy and enhancement of English language skills of the team.

Reporting, analysing, reviewing metrics to find out root cause and corrective action plan and execution of the same.

Handling language corrections/interpretations as and when required.

Taking part in projects, language learning circles and language training.

Taking part in and driving quality and efficiency projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills : Proficient English communication skills

• Experience in conducting Training to enhance English communication skills of the technical staff
• Should be good at MS-Office
• Ability to understand and communicate in Tamil
• Excellent co-ordination and team skills
• Should be motivated, open to learning, be flexible and adaptable to the working environment
• Should be creative and have a keen interest in graphics to send out corporate communications
• Possess a positive attitude with a desire to motivate the staff
